Ingredients

2 –Small vine ripe tomatoes

4 –Basil leaves

2 –Fresh Mozzarella balls

10 –Thin slices Genoa

salami 

6 ounces –Roasted Red

Pepper

2 Tablespoons —

Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp

per servings)

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes and Mozzarella.
  2. Place on serving platter.
  3. Chop up the roasted red pepper and place on serving platter.
  4. Roll up the salami, one slice at a time and place on the serving platter.
  5. Chop up the Basil Leaves and sprinkle over top
