Strawberry Sauce

8 Servings One Tablespoon each


1 cup strawberries, chopped

2 Tbs Stevia

4 Tbs water (add more if

you want the sauce

thinner; a tablespoon at

a time)

2 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil. 
  3. Stir frequently to avoid scorching. 
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Pour over yogurt, cheesecake or pancakes prior to serving.

Tips / Suggestions

  • Add water one Tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Add one Tablespoon of sweetener at a time until you have reached your desired sweetness. Remember to update macros accordingly.
