Sonia's Baking Mix

Makes 8 Cups

(1 cup per serving)


2 cups Unflavored Whey Protein

4 cups Almond Flour

2 cups Oat Fiber (not oat flour)

2 Tbsp Baking Soda

2 teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt

2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum


  1. Combine all of the ingredients listed above in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Mix well before each use. 
  3. Store in an airtight container. 
  4. Enjoy!

  • Measures cup for cup like all purpose flour!
