Plain Bagels

6 Bagels

Ingredients

300g —shredded mozzarella

1 —egg, beaten

2 ounces —unflavored

whey protein

3 tablespoons —cream

cheese

4 tablespoons —butter,

melted

1/2 tablespoon —baking

powder

Everything bagel

seasoning /PLAIN (omit

for plain bagel)

Coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*F
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the butter, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 15-20 second intervals and mix until well combined.
  3. Add egg, whey protein and baking powder.
  4. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. Spray the mold with non-stick spray (optional).
  6. Fill the mold with the cheese mixture. Do not fill to the top as these will rise.
  7. Sprinkle “everything bagel seasoning” on the top.
  8. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
