Electrolyte Gummies

Makes 212 (with the mold I used)

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup –Water

5 Tbsp –Un-Flavored

Gelatin

Mio Electrolyte Water

Flavoring (or use your

favorite water flavoring)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in the microwave at 30 second intervals. I did 2 intervals at 30 seconds each for a total of 1 minute. 
  2. Slowly add the gelatin. SLOWLY to avoid lumps. Try adding one table spoon at a time and stirring after each. 
  3. Now you can separate the mixture before adding the flavoring (this step is only if you are going to have multiple flavors).
  4. Add the flavor until you reach the color you desire. Keep in mind that this affects the sweetness as well.
  5. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes, transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy! 
  6. These keep well for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator. 

Tips / Suggestions

My nutritional calculator would not go up to 212. So, the nutrition facts are set for 72 gummies.
