Fried Fish & Home Made Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs —cod fish

1/4 cup —almond /

coconut flour

1 1/2 cups —grated

parmesan cheese

3 teaspoons —italian

seasoning

2 teaspoon —garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon —black pepper

3 teaspoon —parsley

2 eggs —beaten

Tarta Sauce

2 cups —mayo

1/2 cup —dill relish

1 teaspoon —yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon —cayenne

pepper

Instructions Fish

  1. Beat the eggs and put aside.
  2. In a shallow dish combine the following: parmesan cheese, almond flour, parsley, italianseasoning, garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dip fish in the egg and then the breading. While you are doing this heat up the oil for frying or pre-heat oven.
  5. Repeat until done.
  6. Now you are ready to fry!

Instructions Tarta Sauce

  1. In a bowl combine the following: mayo, dill relish, yellow mustard and cayenne pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
