Cucumber Avocado Salad

Ingredients

1 –seedless cucumber,

chopped

1 –shallot, chopped

2 ounces–grape

tomatoes, each cut into

halves

1 teaspoon — dried oregano

1 –hass avocado, chopped

2 Tablespoon –fresh

lime juice 

2 ounces–feta cheese

crumbles

1 Tbsp –olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
