Crust for Pies / Cheesecake

24 Servings One Tablespoon each


3 cups almond flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 Tablespoons Stevia /

your favorite sugar

substitute (optional) 

1 egg, beaten

2 Tablespoons butter, melted

1 Tablespoon oat fiber


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer, by hand or in a blender. 
  2. Mix until it forms into a crust-like consistency. I like to get my hands in and knead it. 
  3. Spread into a baking dish or your molds. 
  4. Bake at 350*F for 10-20 mins or until golden brown.

Tips / Suggestions

  • For the crust I used 1 TBSP per mold for the mini cheesecakes
