120 Servings (depends on how you cut them)


1 –Egg, beaten

1 1/2 cups –Almond Flour

1/4 cup –Ground Flaxseed

1/4 tsp –Pink Himalayan Salt


garlic powder

chia seeds

sesame seeds

or your favorite seasoning.


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, salt and any seasoning you want to add. Then set it aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and flaxseed. Mix until well combined and no lumps. (it is alright if there are a few lumps.)
  4. Transfer the dough to a lined baking sheet and spread it out as thin as you can. I use a sheet of parchment paper over the dough so that it does not stick to my hands or to a rolling pin. 
  5. Once it is as thin as you would like it, use a pizza slicer to cut into the sizes you would like. I tried to cut them into 1″ squares. 
  6. Here is where you would add the sesame seeds or additional spices, if you would like them. Just sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a golden brown. Please be sure to check at half way, around 7 minutes. All ovens are calibrated differently.
  8. Allow to cool for approximately 5 minutes and ENJOY!

Tip: Cut dough into quarters or in half for better handling. It will also help to spread the dough thinner & faster.
