Ingredients

3 cans –coconut milk

12 ounces –low carb

evaporated milk (see my

recipe)

14 ounces –low carb

condensed milk (see my

recipe)

6 ounces –water

1 tablespoon –cinnamon

1 tablespoon –vanilla

5 tablespoons –stevia

(or your favorite sugar

substitute)

1 teaspoon –coconut

extract (optional)–not

included on video recipe

Bicardi Rum –optional

(to your taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you do not have one stir in a deep pot or container.

Tips / Suggestions

  • You can add ice to it and blend if you will serve it right away. You do not want it to get watered down.
