Cinnamon Sugar Bagels

6 Bagels

Ingredients

300g —shredded mozzarella

1 —egg, beaten

2 ounces —unflavored

whey protein

3 tablespoons —cream

cheese

4 tablespoons —butter,

melted

1/2 tablespoon —baking

powder

1 tablespoon —sukrin

gold / your favorite

sugar substitute 

(be sure to make the

adjustments to the

macros)

1 tablespoon —ground

cinnamon (save some to

sprinkle on top)

2 tsp —Vanilla extract

1/4 cup —swerve /

stevia (whatever you

prefer)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*F
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the butter, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 15-20 second intervals and mix until well combined.
  3. Add egg, vanilla extract, swerve, 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture, whey protein and baking powder.
  4. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top
  6. Spray the mold with non-stick spray (optional).
  7. Fill the mold with the cheese mixture. Do not fill to the top as these will rise.
  8. Sprinkle “everything bagel seasoning” on the top.
  9. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
