Chocolate Cashew Bark

8 Servings


1/2 cup—-Lily’s

chocolate chips or you

can use un-sweetened

baking chocolate

1/2 cup —-Cashews 

Dash of Pink Himalayan salt

​You can add sweetener

of your choice if you feel

it needs to be sweeter


  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. 15-30 seconds at a time. Remember to stir the chocolate after each time. This will avoid scorching.
  2. Add cashews to the chocolate. Mix well to cover. 
  3. Pour into dish lined with parchment paper. Spread out as thin as possible. 
  4. Top with a dash of salt

Tips / Suggestions

  • You can add raspberries, blueberries or strawberries if you’d like! YUMMY !!
