Chili with Beans

Ingredients

30 ounces –ground beef

1/2 medium –red onion

1 small –green pepper

1 medium –roma tomato

3 –minced garlic cloves

1 –poblano pepper

3 cups –beef broth

1 tsp –worcestershire sauce

1/2 Tbsp –paprika

1/2 Tbsp –cayenne pepper

2 tsp –cumin

1/2 tsp –black pepper

1 tsp –salt

1 tsp –oregano

*** 15 ounces (1 can) —

Black soy beans *** (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat. Do not drain.
  2. Add spices. Mix well.
  3. Add veggies. Mix well.
  4. Add broth. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil then simmer until it reaches the thickness you desire.
