1 Pound — Boneless,

Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Tbsp — olive oil

2 Tbsp –Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp — Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp — Keto

Chophouse Spice by FreshJax

1 Tbsp — Toasted Onion

  1. You can make this chicken two different ways. Bake in the oven or use your Air Fryer!
  2. If baking: Pre-heat oven to 375*F
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets, transfer them to a large bowl and set them aside. A chicken cutlet is simply a chicken breast that has been cut in half, lengthwise. This is important in a lot of my recipes because it cuts down on cooking time.
  4. To prepare the wet rub combine the following ingredients into a small bowl: lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, Keto chophouse spice by FreshJax and the toasted onion spice by FreshJax.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken cutlets and get your hands into it. Make sure to coat each piece of chicken.
  6. Allow to sit in marinade for at least 20 minutes.
  7. If you are baking, bake for 25-35 minutes or until browned to your liking. I usually turn them at midpoint.
  8. If you are air frying these bad boys, Air fry them for 10 minutes at 400*F. Turn them and air fryer for another 5-10 minutes or until browned to your liking.
