Chicken Bacon & Green Beans

8 Servings


2 pounds — Boneless,

skinless chicken

breasts– cut into cubes

8 ounces — Green

Beans, Trimmed and cut

in half

4 slices — Bacon,

roughly chopped

4 Tbsp — Lemon juice

1 cup — Grated

parmesan cheese

4 Tbsp –Heavy

whipping cream

4 ounces –Baby Spinach 

8 Tbsp –Scallions /

green onions –thinly

sliced (approximately

4 green onions)

4 tsp — granulated /

powdered garlic

1 cup — organic chicken


1 Tbsp — Fresh parsley,

finely chopped (to


2 Tbsp — bacon grease

to cook chicken​


  1. Bake the bacon in the oven at 425*F for 20-25 minutes or until it is to your liking.
  2. Chop the bacon up and set aside.
  3. Cut green beans in half.
  4. Cook green beans in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and set aside.
  5. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with granulated garlic.
  6. In a pan over medium-high heat add 2 Tbsp bacon grease and add the chicken.
  7. Cook until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
  8. Reduce heat to low and add lemon juice. Toss chicken and coat with the lemon juice.
  9. Now add remaining ingredients: chicken broth, green onions, green beans, heavy whipping cream, grated parmesan cheese, bacon and spinach.
  10. Stir until well combined.
  11. Cook for additional 5 minutes on low heat or until spinach withers
