140 grams –Shredded


42 grams –Almond flour

3 Tablespoons –Stevia

(85.8 grams) or your

favorite sugar substitute

1/2 teaspoon –baking powder

1 teaspoon –Vanilla

4 Tablespoons –Butter

1 egg

10 grams –Oat fiber


8 ounces –Cream cheese

2 teaspoon –Vanilla

1/4 cup –stevia

1 teaspoon –lemon juice

Instructions Dough

  1. Melt Mozzarella in microwave until it is sizzling and mix well. 
  2. Add all other ingredients into bowl and mix well. 
  3. ***TIP*** If the ingredients are not combining well, return to the microwave for another 15 seconds. All this means is that the cheese is cooling down. 
  4. Divide dough into halves or quarters for easier use

Instructions Filling

  1. Combine all ingredients into your mixing bowl. 
  2. Mix on medium until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Taste for sweetness. 
  4. ***TIP***If you add more of anything remember to recalculate your macros
