Caramel Sauce for Flan

Ingredients

1/2 cup– Swerve,

Sukrin Gold or your

favorite sugar substitute

2 Tablespoons–Water

1 teaspoon– Sugar free

maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Stir frequently to avoid  burning / scorching.
  4. Simmer until reduced and caramelized to your desired consistency.
