Buffalo Wings by Elijah

6 Servings


3 Tbsp – Butter, (salted or un-salted, your choice)

12 ounces – Texas Pete (or use your favorite hot sauce)

2 Pounds – chicken wings 

Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper (optional)


  1. Air Fry the wings for 10-15 minutes on your highest setting, without seasoning. Air Fry until golden brown to your liking ((we do not season the wings because the butter and the hot sauce have enough salt)).
  2. Turn the wings and air fry another 10-15 or until golden brown to your liking.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir frequently to avoid burning the butter. 
  4. Once the butter has melted, reduce heat to a medium-low. 
  5. Add the hot sauce of your choice. Stir to combine. ((if you have pieces of butter that have not melted, bring up the heat to medium untl the butter is completely melted)).
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium-low, until it is well combined and creamy-like. You can add more butter if you want it creamier. 
  7. Transfer the wings to a mixing bowl and toss in buffalo sauce. 
  8. At this point you can either eat them like this or return the wings to the air fryer to crisp them up a bit more. 
  9. Enjoy!
