Bean Salad

4 Servings


15 ounce can –Black soy beans,

drained and rinsed


1/2 small –red onion, chopped


2 Tablespoons –Lime juice


1 ounce –cilantro


2 ounces –grape tomatoes


–salt & pepper to taste



  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Feel free to add green beans or other veggies that you LOVE!
  2. In a small bowl combine the Lime Juice, Cilantro salt and pepper.
  3. This is a great place to add any other spices that you LOVE!
  4. Pour dressing over the veggies and stir until combined.
  5. Refrigerate for up to an hour. Best if refrigerated over night.
  6. ENJOY!
