Avocado - Lime Dressing

12 Servings at 2 Tablespoon 


1/2 cup– plain whole

milk greek yogurt

4 Tbsp– heavy

whipping cream

1 tsp– minced garlic

1 — Haas Avocado (or–

1/2 Medium avocado)

2 Tbsp– fresh parsley

(approx. 0.5 ounces)

3 — green onions

1/4 tsp–pink Himalayan salt

1/8 tsp– black pepper

2 Tbsp– lime juice


  1. Blend all ingredients, except the heavy whipping cream, ​together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream until you get the consistency that you love.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container.
  5. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
  6. Before using, shake well.
