Asparagus & Bacon

Ingredients

1 Tbsp — Coconut Oil 

1 Tbsp — Minced garlic 

2 Slices — Bacon

1 Pound — Asparagus 

Salt & Peper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon. I prefer to bake it in the oven. Takes approximately 15-20 minutes at 375*F.
  2. Add coconut oil to a pan and sauté minced garlic until browned.
  3. Add bacon and asparagus. Toss in oil and garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook until the asparagus is fork tender
